Responsibilities:
• Responsible for technical and non-technical presales activities, analyzing, crafting, developing, and delivering Cloud based technical solution for the customers
• Ensure a strong discipline of excellence and passion for winning throughout the team to create a challenger culture
• Drive discussions with customers on identifying requirements, technical know-how, and fit for purpose solutions
• Drive solution defence, define operating models, and support Sales in proactive customer acquisition
• Support to develop frameworks, service accelerators, and focus on developing automation solutions
• In pre-sales stage, take a lead to analyze customer's business requirements, frame solution components, and engage with other solution teams to develop a comprehensive solution for end customer.
• Liaise with multiple business functions within the organization for better coordination, demand management, and proposition creation
• Extensive travel across geographics to meet customers, take part in bid defence, and run customer workshops
• Liaise with Sales, Practice, and OEMs towards developing innovative solutions.
Desired Skills:
• 5-10 years of experience.
• Experienced at producing multi-tier, high-availability infrastructure architectures in an Enterprise & cloud environment adhering to DR, Business Continuity, and availability best practice.
• Understanding of Hybrid Cloud solutions and hands on experience in integrating public cloud into traditional on-premises hosting models
• Building and recommending a migration approach to lift and shift the workloads to Aws or Google or architecting a green field development.
• Google or AWS migration experience, e.g., DB Migration (RDS DB, oracle DB, MySQL to Cloud based DB), on-prem server migration, application migration etc.
• Proven experience in cloud assessment and cloud roadmap development
• Proven experience in Management & Orchestration, Architectural knowledge of orchestration and automation tools, e.g., Ansible, Chef, Terraform, AWS CloudFormation.
• Hands on experience on gathering and documenting customer requirements, documenting processes, and creating high level design, and engaging customer for solution defence.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly verbal and presentation skills. Must be a fluent speaker in English.
• Knowledge of Devops is an added advantage
• Certification - Preferably holding one or more public cloud AWS, Azure, Google, solution certification
