What You'll Do:

• Provide technical leadership throughout the entire development lifecycle, from assisting in concept development to overseeing prototype production and transition to manufacturing.
• Manage a team of engineers in a matrix structure, fostering collaboration and ensuring project goals are met.
• Leverage your expertise in electronics and mechanics to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement within your projects.

  Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience leading or participating in electronics and mechanics development projects.
• A bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to manage a team in a matrix structure.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
