Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our clients and internal teams in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of cloud-based systems. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, software, and applications, as well as providing guidance and support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams on cloud infrastructure, software, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud-based systems.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems related to cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud-based systems.
• Monitor and analyse cloud-based systems to identify and resolve issues before they impact customers.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud-based systems.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of cloud-based systems and processes.
• Work in rotating shifts to provide 24/7 coverage and support to customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, with a focus on cloud-based systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and best practices.
• Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform certification is a plus.
