Invite

Once you are invited to Self Service Portal you will receive a mail as below,

Open the mail and click on the link to reset your password. It will redirect you to reset password page,

Set a secure password and proceed for Self Service Portal login page.

Subscribe a Service

Sela provides wide range of cloud services, in order to avail one of the service it has to be enabled for your organization. Choose a service as per your organizations requirement and raise a subscription request for a service.

E.g. Suppose if you want to choose DevOps service

  • Go to Service Requests >> New Request.

  • Select DevOps As a Service & Subscribe to this service:

  • Once subscription request is approved by Sela Team, you can create the service request tickets.

Steps to Create Service Requests:

  • Go To Dashboard > Service Request Tile.

  • Click Steps to Create Service Requests on to create the service request.

  • Select DevOps as a Service as shown below:

  • Fill up as many details as you can provide while creating a ticket to avoid further follow-ups to collect data:

  • You can find a newly created ticket under the Service Request page or refresh the Dashboard to view it in the Service Request tile.

Steps to Create Incident ticket

  • Go to Dashboard -> Recent Incidents tile

  • Click on Steps to Create Incident ticket to create the new incident ticket.

  • Provide all the required details, and click Submit

  • You can find newly created ticket under the Incidents page or refresh the dashboard to view it in the Recent Incidents tile.
