Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Bnei Brak

As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in supporting our Professional Services teams by identifying and attracting top technology talent for a variety of client-facing projects. You will work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

• Source and recruit candidates for a variety of technology roles, primarily within our Professional Services teams and client-facing projects.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Stay up to date with technology recruitment trends, talent markets, and effective sourcing practices.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

• 2+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
