Account Manager – Professional Services

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Professional Services division and take an active part in business development, client relationship management, and the ongoing support of employees working at client sites.

The role combines sales, business development, client management, and close collaboration with our internal recruitment and HR teams.

• Identify and acquire new clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients, including cold outreach.
• Manage, maintain, and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Identify client needs and expand business activity within existing accounts.
• Receive new hiring needs and open positions from clients and work closely with the recruitment team.
• Follow up on recruitment processes and drive them forward with clients.
• Collect client feedback and coordinate between all relevant functions throughout the process.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings with clients’ hiring managers.
• Provide ongoing support to Sela employees working at client organizations as part of the outsourcing activity.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, recruitment, or another relevant field – required.
• Strong sales orientation and a genuine affinity for sales – required.
• Strong relationship-building and business communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, independent, and highly motivated.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and processes simultaneously.
• Experience in technology, software, or technical recruitment – an advantage.
