Field / Partner Marketing (Argentina, Remote)

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive individual who enjoys bringing people together through exceptional events ranging from small executive dinners and roundtables to large-scale networking events and conferences. This person will own the execution of field marketing programs from concept to completion, including prospecting, promotion, attendee outreach, event logistics, and post-event follow-up. Working closely with sales, outside partners, and internal stakeholders, they’ll help create experiences that drive pipeline, strengthen customer relationships, and deepen strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and enjoys finding creative ways to drive event engagement.

Desired Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, business development, or partner marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Experience planning and executing events from end to end, including executive dinners, roundtables, happy hours, conferences, trade shows, and customer events
• Experience prospecting and driving event attendance through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other outbound outreach methods
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-starter who takes ownership, solves problems independently, and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Great to Have

• Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ActiveCampaign (or similar email platforms), Salesforce, and AI tools
• Experience with event registration and event management platforms
• Experience working in a B2B technology, cloud, SaaS, or professional services organization

This is a fully remote, full-time position. Only open to candidates based in Argentina available to work on Eastern Time. Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
